CONCESSIONAIRE

Dear Concessionaires,
     
                        Thank you for your interest in the Wyandotte County Fair.
This years Fair dates are Tuesday July 24- Saturday July 28, 2012. We are excited about the changes that have been happening. This year’s Fair will again be held on our new property located at 13700 Polfer Rd, Kansas City, Kansas 66109

            In an effort to continue the tradition of presenting an outstanding Fair for our community we have booked some quality entertainment, and will implement an aggressive advertising campaign. We are focusing on some new attractions and are excited to share our new grounds and buildings with you and your community.
We will remain to have free gate admission, but will still charge $5.00 parking fee per day and a fee for the individual events in the grandstand.

We have enclosed an application for you to fill out and send back to us listing your needs (booth space size, electrical needs, and the products you wish to offer- applications sent back without a picture of your booth will not be reviewed.)

            All vendors will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum liability limits of $1 million. If you are unable to provide a Certificate of Insurance, information to purchase a policy thru the Wyandotte County Fair can be answered by contacting the fair office.

            The application and $100.00 deposit must be returned to us by March 1, 2012. Once you have been accepted you will receive a contract – which you will need to review and mail back to us with the remaining balance by May 11, 2011.
